Route 2000 is a group of parents and professionals who work together to provide an information service for families of children with disabilities and additional needs and professionals who work with them across the Doncaster borough.
Aiming High for Disabled Children Commission short breaks for children and young people with a disability this can range from direct payment support for a personal assistant to overnight residential care.

This early childhood literacy programme is available for children from birth to age five and it is absolutely free!
